Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find information about our shipping timelines, rates, and policies to help you understand when to expect your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
  • Local Pickup (if offered): Ready within 24–48 hours

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Local Pickup (Optional)

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our store.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and pickup hours. Your order will typically be ready within one to two business days. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be canceled or refunded.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor delivery progress.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

We ship using major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
